Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, pass a background check, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and staff to and from appointments, treatments, and hospitalizations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding the bus.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bus schedules and routes.
• Ensure all passengers are safely secured and transported to their destination.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation services, including passenger manifests and ride logs.
• Represent Azalea Health Center by Harborview in delivering high-quality patient care.
