The role emphasizes meaningful conversations, community impact, and professional growth within a supportive, trust‑based team environment. Prior Allstate or carrier experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrable experience in a professional sales environment.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills for phone and in-person consultations.
• Strong organizational habits to manage a pipeline of leads and policyholders.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and insurance quoting software.
• Prior experience with Allstate systems or any carrier experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with members of the Monessen community to understand their specific insurance needs.
• Develop personalized protection plans by assessing the risks and unique circumstances of each client.
• Conduct professional insurance reviews to ensure current clients remain properly protected as their lives evolve.
• Explain coverage details, deductibles, and benefits in a way that provides clients with true peace of mind.
• Proactively follow up with incoming leads to discuss how our offerings can help secure their future.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to reach office goals and maintain our reputation for excellence.
