Job summary

The Dawn Franklin Allstate Agency in Mason, OH is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This fast-paced role requires solid P&C sales skills, relationship building, and a proven track record of closing business.

You must hold an active P&C license and have at least 1 year of successful P&C sales. We offer a competitive base salary with commissions, leads, coaching, and a hybrid schedule for qualified candidates at our Mason office.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 1 year of successful P&C insurance sales experience is REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to prospect, quote, overcome objections, and close insurance sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and sell personal lines Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to generate sales opportunities.
• Work agency-provided leads while proactively building your own pipeline.
