Job summary

L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated P&C Insurance Agent to drive growth and manage the agency's book of business. You will be supported by zone management and corporate staff and participate in a four-to-six-week training program.

This is a full-time role with 40–48 hours per week, offering a comprehensive benefits package. You will build relationships, quote and bind coverage, and help customers select property and auto insurance solutions that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments is preferred with a strong satisfaction track record.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate product options clearly.
