Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options on a case-by-case basis.
• Provide client support and guidance during policy writing and renewal processes.
• Prepare and present policy/coverage options to clients.
• Follow documentation policies to maintain client records in the CRM database.
• Seasonal flexibility for increased customer traffic.
• Address day-to-day client matters including questions on claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
