Job summary

Turning Point Homes, LLC is seeking a provisionally or fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our Outpatient School Based Services team in Charlotte. The role involves individual and family therapy in office or school-based settings, with in-person or telehealth delivery based on client needs, plus comprehensive documentation and adherence to Medicaid 8C policies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited program.
  • Fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
  • Minimum 1 year of documented clinical experience with youth and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy and family therapy in-office or school-based settings (in person or telehealth).
  • Complete documentation within required timeframes per Medicaid policy.
  • Maintain compliance with outpatient service standards and MCO guidelines.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, and productivity requirements.
  • Respond promptly to new referrals and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Participate in supervision, CEUs, and licensure trainings.
