Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or counseling.
• Licensed clinical social worker or licensed professional counselor/mental health counselor or licensed marriage and family therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
