Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Licensed Counselor to perform initial behavioral health assessments and collaborate with clients on treatment planning. You will provide individual, family, and/or group counseling and meet clients regularly to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, APC, LAMFT
• Knowledge of community resources and cultural diversity in mental health

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling and regularly assess client needs
