Canvas Health in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to perform diagnostic assessments and provide ongoing individual and/or group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The clinic operates 4 days a week with some evenings.

Qualified applicants hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or clinical counseling, and are currently licensed (LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC) with Medicare credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or clinical counseling.
• Licensed at time of application: LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC.
• Credentialed with Medicare.
• Experience working with children.
• Supervision is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide ongoing individual and/or group psychotherapy.
• Serve children, adolescents, adults and families.
