Job summary

Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth position. The role serves clients across licensed states and operates as a W-2 remote position with flexible hours.

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy and help expand access to quality behavioral health care. You’ll conduct virtual sessions with individuals, families, and couples, perform DSM-5 assessments, and craft client-centered treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication.
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
• Experience with culturally diverse or underserved populations.
• Bilingual or multilingual.
• Interest in helping shape a growing mental health startup.

What You’ll Do
