Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time remote telehealth role. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment
• Experience with culturally diverse or underserved populations
• Bilingual or multilingual

Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part‑time, remote telehealth position. This W-2 role involves delivering compassionate, flexible care to individuals and families across licensed states. You’ll support clients through evidence‑based therapy, contribute to a mission‑driven startup, and help expand access to quality behavioral health care.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Services

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Develop and implement client-centred treatment plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance

Documentation & Tools

• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
• Use tools such as Google Workspace and EHR to manage sessions, communication, and caseload

Compensation & Structure
