Job summary

Savia Community Counseling Services in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ is seeking licensed clinicians to join our outpatient team. The role offers a minimum of 13 hours per week with 3 in-person days, allowing you to shape your own caseload and schedule.

We support clinicians who serve children, adolescents, adults, and families, promoting empathy, inclusion, and growth. NJ licensed therapists who are bilingual are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active NJ license (LCSW or LPC) to practice in the state.
• Experience with a diverse client population is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and solid clinical judgment are essential.
• Availability for 3 in-office days per week at Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Engage with a diverse client base and support growth, resilience, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and treatment planning within the EHR system.
• Collaborate with a warm, collaborative team and participate in supervision when needed.
