What You Need, What You Will Do, and What We Have to Offer:

Education And Experience

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling is required
• Must be fully licensed in the State of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Experience in using an electronic health record is preferred

Essential Job Functions Include

We are currently seeking an individual that feels comfortable and confident delivering in person and telehealth therapy services to Adults and Youth in Putnam County. Depending on your training, you may complete diagnostic assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing individual, family, and group therapy.
