Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Bethlehem, PA is seeking compassionate licensed clinicians to join our hybrid Lehigh Valley team. You’ll provide high-quality therapy with supportive supervision and a flexible schedule designed to promote clinician well-being and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in Pennsylvania (LAPC, LSW).
• Experience with diverse populations including children, adolescents and adults.
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing and clinical documentation.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning and case documentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms and standard office tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments, implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week (for full-time status).
• Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet their goals.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
