Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate mental health, implement treatment, and complete ongoing documentation.
  • For Full-Time status, clinicians must schedule a minimum of 29 client visits per week
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and take part in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Contribute to a collaborative and tight-knit team culture

Qualifications and Skills
  • Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LSW) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Ability to pass a background check
