As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will:

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (for up to 6 weeks)
- Please note: No time off is accommodated during training.
After Training

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Engage with Customers: Make outbound calls to policyholders, prospects, and customers, building rapport and identifying tailored insurance solutions.
- Drive Sales Results: Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to offer the right solutions, submit applications over the phone, and close sales.
- Problem Solve: Handle inquiries, objections, and challenges with professionalism, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on policy provisions, rates, and marketing campaigns to effectively meet customer needs.
- Exceed Goals: Achieve and surpass established targets by following best practices and continuously improving sales technique
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Licensing Requirement: Active life, health, and accident insurance licenses are required at the time of hire.
- Strong customer interaction and sales skills: Experience in sales environments, with excellent customer communication.
- Flexibility: Regular and predictable attendance with the flexibility to adjust to various schedules as needed.
- Proficient in computer skills: Comfortable multitasking with software.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired goals.
- You must provide your own high speed internet connection with 50 megabits per second.
