As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Drive new business and retain clients
  • Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
  • Overcome objections in a fast-paced call center
  • Thrive in a test-and-learn, results-driven environment
  • Requirement: Active Life, Health, and Accident license
  • Start Date: October 24, 2025
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (for up to 6 weeks)
  • Please note: No time off is accommodated during training.

After Training

  • Schedule continues Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
  • Flexibility is key as business hours may change

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage with Customers: Make outbound calls to policyholders, prospects, and customers, building rapport and identifying tailored insurance solutions.
  • Drive Sales Results: Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to offer the right solutions, submit applications over the phone, and close sales.
  • Problem Solve: Handle inquiries, objections, and challenges with professionalism, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on policy provisions, rates, and marketing campaigns to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Exceed Goals: Achieve and surpass established targets by following best practices and continuously improving sales technique

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Licensing Requirement: Active life, health, and accident insurance licenses are required at the time of hire.
  • Strong customer interaction and sales skills: Experience in sales environments, with excellent customer communication.
  • Flexibility: Regular and predictable attendance with the flexibility to adjust to various schedules as needed.
  • Proficient in computer skills: Comfortable multitasking with software.
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired goals.
  • You must provide your own high speed internet connection with 50 megabits per second.
