Job summary

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to lead our therapy team at a CMS 5-star continuing care retirement community in northeast Fort Wayne, IN. The OTA will treat patients for a majority of hours and perform Lead Therapist duties, including meetings, referrals follow-up, minutes planning, and reporting to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana OTA license is required.
• Degree from ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program.
• Must have passed NBCOT examination and meet state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapy team and attend facility and team meetings.
• Follow up on therapy referrals and report issues to Regional Director.
• Plan meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation.
