Qualifications

• Valid OT licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited program and NBCOT eligible/exam passed
• Licensure must be current to practice occupational therapy

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized OT plan
• Complete all documentation in a timely, accurate manner
• Follow policies and procedures within scope of practice
• Prioritize patient care needs with initiative and sound judgment
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings on schedule
