Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Lafayette team. This full-time role offers competitive compensation up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location, plus a Stay & Earn sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document records timely, follow policies, and advance your therapy career through merit increases and growth programs.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program; NBCOT exam eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized OT care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures within scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and timely.
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
