You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, document to regulatory standards, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification (OTR) if required by the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
