South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care teams in California. Must be licensed and NBCOT-certified where required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (where required by state)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
