Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with staff to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (BS, MS, MA, or OTD).
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state for OTR.
• Current OT license in the practicing state is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
