Job summary

MultiCare Behavioral Health Network in Spokane, WA is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Associate) to provide evidence-based individual, family and group therapy. You will develop tailored treatment plans and monitor outcomes in collaboration with a clinical team.

This role requires an active WA license (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) or eligibility as an associate, a master's degree in behavioral health, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates.

Qualifications

• Active WA license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or pursuing associate licensure.
• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Strong clinical skills in individual, family and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, skills training, etc.).
• Monitor patient outcomes and document in EHR.
• Collaborate with clinical team and referral sources.
