Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
• Lead with optical expertise
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, ensure standards and customer needs are met
• Assist with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately and efficiently, maintain product knowledge
• Identify root causes of issues, think proactively, ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Maintain store appearance and safety practices
• Adhere to company policies including discounts and inventory management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Experience in optical dispensing
