About the Role

As a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, fitting and dispensing eyewear, and ensuring a positive guest experience. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and uphold the Target Optical brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality guest experience through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Accurately fit and dispense eyewear according to prescriptions and guest preferences.
• Build brand awareness by attracting new guests and maintaining existing relationships.
• Follow all company policies, operating procedures, and marketing strategies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State-required license as an Optician.
