Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; state licensure preferred.
• Optical dispensing experience is required or highly desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and basic math ability.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators; willingness to adopt new tech.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers, set expectations with customers.
• Custom fit glasses & precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Acts as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take & record measurements, adjust eyewear carefully to standards.
• Support team with complex product needs & prescriptions.
