This role focuses on delivering outstanding service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced retail setting. You will uphold safety standards, manage inventory, and support teammates to ensure a top‑quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Previous retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain patient records and manage order follow-up, including notifications.
• Support quality and operational excellence by reducing remakes and following safety standards.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
