Job summary

America's Best in Fairlawn, OH is seeking an Optician to assist customers with eyeglasses and contact lenses, including lens insertion and removal training and product education.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, meet sales goals, maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and support quality, safety, and merchandising standards in a busy retail setting. Mentoring Apprentice Opticians is possible where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license as required by state
• 3+ years related experience or training
• Previous retail experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities
• Confident selling skills to meet store goals
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting
• Professional and friendly with diverse customers

Responsibilities
