America’s Best is seeking an Optician to help customers with eyewear and contact lenses while delivering exceptional patient care. You will assist with dispensing, training, and product education, supporting store performance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accurate records, follow-up with customers, and adherence to safety standards in a lively retail environment. Licensing, professionalism, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training (required).
• Previous retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Responsibilities
