Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead in optical expertise and assist with complex product needs.
• Measure, adjust, and fit eyewear with attention to detail.
• Use technology effectively and maintain product knowledge.
• Address root causes of issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain store appearance.
• Follow safety practices and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications
