Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Optician to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality eyewear at our Freehold, NJ location. This full-time role involves fitting, adjusting, and providing expert advice on eyewear and prescriptions, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to optical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set clear expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical knowledge and assist team members with complex needs.
• Take and record precise measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure standards are met.
• Use technology effectively to enhance customer experience and accuracy.
• Address root causes of issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
