Qualifications

• Active dispensing license required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion/removal training.

• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up including notifications.
• Support quality and operational excellence by reducing remakes and adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
