Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
• Lead in optical knowledge and assist with complex product needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail
• Use technology accurately under time pressure, maintain product knowledge
• Ensure customer satisfaction, explore root causes of issues, and provide solutions
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain store appearance
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
