Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical knowledge
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, ensure standards and customer needs are met
• Assist with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately and efficiently under time pressure
• Explore root causes of issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and exceed expectations
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to safety practices
• Follow company policies including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

Qualifications
