What you'll do:

The successful candidate will be able to sell, fit, inspect, and dispense eyewear, enhance store profitability, and ensure a delightful customer experience. The Licensed Optician will work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and control expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Implement effective operational and procedural processes
• Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements:

• Licensed Optician as required by the state
• Strong sales skills: connecting with customers, uncovering needs, recommending, and educating based on our CURE selling model
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Experience with POS, computer systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of people
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to perform job duties and multitask in a busy environment
