What you'll do:

The successful candidate will be able to sell, fit, inspect, and dispense eyewear, enhancing store profitability and handling daily operations. The Licensed Optician will ensure a delightful customer experience for exam patients and shoppers. They will work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and control expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Implement effective operational procedures
• Engage with patients and customers to meet prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements

What You Need:

• Licensed Optician as required by your state
• Strong sales skills: connecting with customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and educating based on our CURE selling model
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems, computers, timekeeping, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, creative problem solver, open to feedback and learning
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and sales events
• Physical ability to perform job duties and multitask in a busy environment
