America’s Best in Santa Clarita, CA is hiring an Optician to dispense eyewear and contact lenses, deliver excellent customer service, and help meet store goals. You will maintain accurate patient records, manage follow-ups, and support quality and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an active dispensing license and 3+ years of related experience or training, with a professional, friendly approach and clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion/removal training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up, including notifications and weekly outreach.
• Support quality and operational excellence by reducing remakes, following safety standards, and adhering to policies.
• Maintain inventory control, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including contact lens insertion and removal training and product education.

Qualifications
