Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting sales and company objectives.
2. Creating a welcoming environment for customers following the “Code of Excellence”.
3. Assisting with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses.
4. Providing contact lens insertion and removal training.
5. Educating clients on proper eyewear and contact lens care.
6. Maintaining accurate patient records.
7. Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
8. Mentoring apprentice opticians as permitted by law.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Previous retail experience (preferred but not required).
2. A valid license as required by the state.
3. Strong sales skills to meet targets.
4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to instruct customers clearly.
6. Organizational and multitasking skills.
7. Professional appearance and attitude.
