Key Responsibilities Provide personalized blood cancer education, patient advocacy, and psychosocial support to patients and families Empower patients and caregivers to communicate effectively with their healthcare teams and promote self-advocacy Stay current on blood cancer research and represent the organization at professional meetings and initiatives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's in social work, health education, nursing (BSN or RN), or a related field with current licensure Bilingual in Spanish, both speaking and writing Three years of experience in a healthcare delivery setting, preferably in cancer care Previous oncology experience, particularly in hematology, is preferred Ability to assist patients and caregivers with compassion in emotionally difficult circumstances
