Description
Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at a highly rated senior living community in Franklin, IN. This OTA will work with patients from all levels of campus, addressing their unique therapeutic needs and fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.
Facility Highlights:
· Multiple levels of care including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing.
· Three well-appointed gyms, two for therapy and a fitness center for independent living.
· Gym includes a training kitchen, training bathroom with laundry room, and therapy pool.
The position offers the flexibility to choose between Full-Time or Part-Time work.

Position Details:
· Competitive hourly rate.
· Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week.
· Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week on consistent schedule.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
