Description
Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our dynamic therapy team in Owensboro, KY. This position involves providing therapy services at two area senior care facilities, located just a few miles apart.
The primary facility is a community-focused senior care center known for its innovative approach to care and supportive, collaborative environment—ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
The secondary facility is a senior living community offering both skilled nursing and long-term care. Here, the OTA will work alongside a passionate therapy team in a well-equipped, modern therapy gym, helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
· Full-Time position at 30 - 40 hours per week.
· Flexible Monday – Friday schedule.
· Competitive hourly rate.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
