Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed therapist to serve residents in Bloomington, IL, as part of EmpowerMe 360. You’ll provide therapy and wellness services to older adults, assess needs, and design personalized care plans within a collaborative team.

This role emphasizes independence and safety, with telehealth support and care coordination, plus a supportive culture and opportunities for leadership and growth.
