Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join its EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering therapy, wellness, and coordinated care for seniors in community settings.

As part of a collaborative team, you will assess residents, create care plans, and provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy to help residents live more independent and safely in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
