Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team in Rosemont, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if state requires.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
