Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT (OTR) to join our growing clinical team. This permanent role offers $50.00-$55.00 per hour and requires an active license. We value professional growth and excellent patient care across 30+ years of service.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, craft treatment plans, document outcomes, and coordinate with MD orders to ensure timely care while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT-OTR certification (if required by state).
• In-state OT license is current and active.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standard forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges are obtained.
• Deliver therapy using modalities and adjust plans as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapythat the AOTA recognizes.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
