Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Fever? team in a Full-Time role within a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain regulatory documentation. Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
