Renewal Rehab in Indiana is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a Full-Time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, collaborate with the team, and ensure regulatory documentation.

What You'll Do:
