Job summary

Centers Urgent Care in New York, NY is seeking an X-Ray Technician to join our team. You will capture X-Rays as ordered by providers, assist with patients of all ages, and work in a facility with on-site labs and digital x-rays.

Must hold a NY State X-Ray Technician license and BLS certification; strong customer service and EMR skills are essential. Evening shifts 5pm–11pm and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed NY State X-Ray Technician required.
• BLS certification required.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Capturing X-Rays as ordered by provider.
• Assisting providers with patients of all ages and backgrounds courteously and efficiently.
• Services include Occupational Medicine and Worker’s Compensation.
• Assist with patient charts accurately and comprehensively.
• Work with other staff with your medical expertise and experience.
• Operate as a team alongside providers, other x-ray techs, medical assistants and practice management staff.
