Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or related field.
• Hold an active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Two years’ experience as a LNHA in a long-term care facility preferred.

• Ensure compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
• Lead team to deliver high-quality resident care and maintain financial performance.
