Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Heritage Specialty Care, a 171 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa!

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired. Aligning with our Always Learn value, we also support growth and development of newly licensed Administrators when applicable.
• Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.
